Distribution Terms

Objective: I’m not paying you to house Pretty Yanii Apparel & Hair merchandise, this is a partnership!

Distributors are 1099 employees with monthly pay. Please have a valid driver’s license/ identification card, address to receive the 1099 form, and SSN. Providing this information will ensure you’ll receive payment from Pretty Yanii LLC. Payment is sent via direct deposit or paper checks. 

Daily Task 

  • Obtain content with customers and display merchandise
  • Tagging our Instagram (@shop_pretyyanii) or X (@shopprettyanii) in all content posts and use hashtags #prettyyanii 

Requirements

  • Your store must be organized and have structure
    • We’ll set up the area with signs of the brand logo and organize the display merchandise. 
    • We’ll bring all merchandise to the store until you’ve reached level 3
      • Once a level 3, PYA&H will ship the merchandise directly to the store with a blueprint of how to display the merchandise
  • An email link will be provided to set up a personal login for Shopify and POS Shopify 
    • The ONLY WAY merchandise is accounted
    • Download POS Shopify to access the register 
    • Shopify app for preorders/draft orders
  • Payment Method
    • No checks or money orders!
    • Any debit or credit card
      • Verify ID to prevent fraud
      • The app will allow you to type customer card number in 
        • Upgrade for a fee to receive the POS system
    • Cash App
      • $PY2018LLC
    • PayPal and Venmo Accepted
      • Use the Shopify app to create a draft order for this alternative payment method.
    • Cash
      • I don't recommend it
      • Receive a lock box to store cash separately from your personal/business finance
      • Receive a deposit slip (if PYA&H’s financial institution is local) to make weekly deposits on Mondays
      • The lockbox will contain $58

      • PYA&H provides a 7-day training 
        • 4 days via Zoom and 3 days in person with real customer
          • Days can be switched around
        • In-person training or on Zoom, you’ll be taught how to package the bags and add thank-you cards.
      • Bi-weekly Zoom meetings roughly 15-30 mins
