What distinguishes the Beach, Exotic, and Rapunzel Collection in Pretty Yanii Hair?
The Beach Collection showcases body wave hair. The Exotic Collection provides jheri/jerry curl hair. The Rapunzel Collection displays straight hair.
Pre-ordering is available for incoming inventory, out-of-stock items, or custom apparel.

To initiate pre-ordering, email info@iamprettyyanii.com or utilize the chat, providing the following: contact information (first and last name, phone number, email), name of item, quantity of item, size, and shipping address.

What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please note that personal care goods, lingerie, and hair extensions, are non-returnable.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the United States typically takes 2-3 business days. We offer a flat shipping rate of $10, which includes a tracking number. For urgent needs, overnight shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.
What is the shipping timeline for orders?
Orders made before 5 PM on weekdays (Monday - Friday) ship the same day. Those placed after 5 PM will ship the next business day. Orders on weekends ship the following Monday.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives at your designated address.
What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly. It is important to inspect your order upon receipt to ensure satisfaction.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are exploring options for international shipping in the future, but at this time, we do not have a set timeline for implementation.
